To request a refund, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

Next Accelerator is committed to providing 99.95% service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service forever. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events. We will make efforts to provide advance notice for planned maintenance windows.
